Inside the Making of RELIC — Archival Footage from 2014.
In this video, you can see rare archival footage from the 2014 rehearsals of RELIC, capturing early tests and research during its development. Special thanks to Dimitris Papaioannou for generously offering studio space and resources to explore, and for his inspiring company and insight — alongside the acute and discerning eye of my valued artistic collaborator and outside eye, Tatiana Bre, whose support was essential throughout the creation of RELIC.
Over the past decade, RELIC has travelled to 4 continents, crossed 20 countries and performed at 46 festivals and venues, reflecting the work’s ongoing evolution and international resonance. This archival footage offers a glimpse into the very beginnings of a journey that unfolded and expanded across a decade.
